The topic tells the conclusion of the tale. After a few configuration changes (so EasyApache3 doesn’t select MySQL support by default when upgrading PHP) everything is up and running! All of the php scripts on the server appear to be functioning without issue so far. I’ll keep my fingers crossed.
I didn’t make it as far as I had hoped this week, but I still feel that I am on track for a public release of the website next week.
