One big one you forgot is to tap into your state's job database!

Here in Michigan, anyone looking for a job should always check out Michigan Works! (aka Michgian's Talent Bank)www.michiganworks.com

A lot of local employers post there, and you get a LOT less spam. I've had the most success job hunting off of that site more than any of the others you've listed.

Tell the wife good luck for me!

You forgot Smuz.com which is free for employers and job seekers to use. All hiring managers can find your resume because it's not hidden behind a pay wall. They can post all their jobs without budget from HR so there are lots of opportunities that don't make it onto the regular sites. Give it a try.
