* Does not own a top level domain, such as www.opt-media.com
then we ask that you do not apply. Your site will not be accepted into the Opt-Media network. Also, if any member site is found at ANY time:
* Spamming
* Submitting fraudulent names or otherwise defrauding Opt-Media
will result in a member's account being terminated.
